Iracy Costa aka Tracy Decosta a brazilian citizen from Ontario and Toronto fleeced her boyfriends Chris Wilches bank accounts. The deceased was a long time resident of Belleville and amass a small fortune over the years. Iracy daughter Emilia Martins and her two sons Pierre Hespanha and Julian Hespanha with a background in accountant and managerial skills were able to rob the helpless dying man and used his credit card after his death, and proceeded to close all of his accounts.
In addition the Costa family drove the deceased car after his death without the permission of his children, shortly later they receive a violation parking ticket.
Mr. Wilches leaves behind three sons who had recently fell on hard times.
His oldest son Christian walked seven hours to Clara Maass medical center from NYC just to be at his father’s bedside, while the middle child Edward spent nearly three days at the hospital with no where to stay… and received barrages of insults from Iracy Costa.
His youngest Chris Anthony’s apartment a day earlier flooded and he and his son were force to move in with his mother.
Adding insult to injury Ms. Costa was unwilling to cooperate with all three sons to make medical decisions for their father... and threatened to take away their inheritance.
The criminal intent or declaration was carried out on September 5 Mr. Wilches funds at Santander bank went missing.
On August 6 funds were transferred from his account to a his and her account, and a few BOA/Merrill Lynch accounts closed before and after his death.
We contacted Bank of America and Santander for a comment… they declined.
According to our investigation they also declined to extend any credit for the victims.
